Red Hat Insights Client ACL Removals

The package insights-client-3.0.3-9 sets ACLs on its own files during install. The installation of these ACLs was removed in later versions. To remove them from an existing install, run the following commands:
# setfacl -Rb /var/lib/insights
# setfacl -Rb /var/log/insights-client
# setfacl -Rb /etc/insights-client
