I am not able to install the product because the CD is not recognized, what can I do? Can I get new CD's or new media?

If there are problems with the installation CD of any Red Hat Enterprise Linux product you can request a new media from Customer Service.

All current and active Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES Standard, WS Standard and AS subscription customers are entitled to receive a copy of the media kit for any new Enterprise releases. We will be happy to ship your media kit, but in order to do so, will need the following information.

Send your media request to our Customer Service department via customerservice@redhat.com with "Media Request-(insert your active version/platform)" in the subject line. For example, if you have just purchased our Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS Premium subscription for x86, the subject of your email should read "Media Request-Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS 3 x86." Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your media kit.

Note :WS and ES Basic subscriptions do not include free Media Kits as they are delivered via download only through the Red Hat Network. Please see our online instructions on downloading your ISO images for installation or you may contact a Technical Support representative if you have one of these products and need assistance downloading the ISO images.
