EAP 7.2 Domain Mode with LDAP and Elytron

The following setup is on CentOS 7 VMs running on a single laptop. One VM has LDAP installed and configured using openldap and the other VM is running EAP 7.2. The domain is a very simple example involving 1 domain controller and 2 host controllers. On the laptop a directory has been created for the entire domain demo. The directory structure is the following:
