Devices attached to the front USB port on my Dell PowerEdge R805 Server are not detected.

This is a known issue affecting the USB 2.0 ehci_hcd module included with the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.7 kernel and will be resolved with an upcoming erratum release.  In the meantime, a work around for this issue is to unload the high speed (ehci) USB module.  This allows any devices attached to the USB ports to be detected and set up by the low speed (ohci) USB module.  While this work ...
