How do I get my wireless to work on a Intel Centrino laptop for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4?

The Intel Centrino wireless drivers are included within the kernel in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4. However in order to get your wireless functional on a such a system, you need to install additional RPMs from the Extras CD. The RPMs listed below contain the firmware for the Centrino wireless hardware:
