RHEV 3 to RHV 4 Upgrade Considerations

At the time of writing, it has been few years that RHEV 3 went out of support and it may not be that trivial to migrate the environment to the latest supported version.
Assuming current RHEV environment is 3.5[*] or 3.6[*], here are few options:
Option 1:
3.5[**] -> 3.6 -> 4.0 -> 4...
