ManageIQ: Viewing Cores Per Socket in Provisioning Dialog

This document describes how to change the Provisioning Dialogs to be able to select the number of cores per socket where the VM Hardware version is 8. While these items are automatically added in EVM 5.x, you will need to make some adjustments to the dialog files for EMV 4.0.1.x.
