Broadcom: TG3 network performance degradation on RHEL6.3 kernel

On some of the older Broadcom tg3 devices, the default Maximum Read Request Size (MRRS) value of 512 byte is known to cause lower performance when compared to when MRRS is set to a larger value. The reason for this is these devices perform direct memory access (DMA) requests serially. Thus a 1500-byte ethernet packet will be broken into 3 PCIE read requests using the 512 byte MRRS.
