How can I make GDM allow more than 16 XDMCP sessions?

Updated -

Resolution: GDM (the Gnome Display Manager) is the default Graphical Login application on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and is often set up with XDMCP enabled so that users can login to GDM remotely.

When XDMCP is enabled for GDM, by default a limit of 16 MaxSessions is set on XDMCP sessions of GDM, so that results that every 17th connection to the GDM host is refused.
