Update timezone settings in the Customer Portal
It's a good idea to set your timzone correctly in the customer portal. That way support engineers will know which timezone you are working in and pick up your cases appropriately.
1) Click the dropdown arrow, next to your name in the top left corner of the customer portal http://access.redhat.com
