The goal of this paper is not intended to cover all backup and recovery scenarios, however it
is meant to provide guidance for proper data backup and recovery for customers utilizing Red
Hat Enterprise Virtualization in combination with Symantec NetBackup to include the
following:

    - Virtual Machine
        - File level backup and restore
        - Virtual Machine recovery

    - Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager
        - Application backup and recovery
        - Database backup and recovery
        - Full system recovery

The assumption made is that an operational NetBackup and Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization
environment are configured and running.
