Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization: Changing storage domain name doesn't apply or switches it to an inactive state

Issue

The system behavior for a Storage Domain Renaming may vary between the storage type and its status.

For iSCSI and FC storage domains, the rename operation will not be applied.

For NFS storage domain, the behavior depends on the domain status: Inactive, Active and Master.
