In Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4, with Red Hat Cluster Suite configured, the node names are not able to talk to each other. What can be the possible reasons we should check for ?

Problem:
In RHEL-4, with Red Hat Cluster Suite version 4 configured, in case of a two node cluster, the issue is seen that nodes are not able to communicate with each other, and end up with running their own cluster with their individual vote.
