New Technical Support Telephone Menu
We are introducing a new menu for our Technical Support line, 1-888-GO-REDHAT.
The change will be implemented Thursday, August 6th for all regions, excluding Japan. For customers in Japan, please see this link
New Telephone Menu Guidance
1. Existing Cases (with Case Number)
If you are calling about an existing open case and have your case number, please press 1. Then enter your case number without leading zeros (e.g. enter 9999999 if your case number is 09999999).
2. New Issues (without Case Number)
If you do not have your case number or are calling to report a new issue, please press 2. Then enter your account number. If you call through the phone registered in the account information, you do not need to enter your account number.
If you do not have your account number, press 0.
3. General Customer Service
For general customer service questions, press 3.

System registration (previously option 1) and subscription usage (previously option 2) are now assigned to options 1 and 2, depending on having an existing case or not.
