How can I configure SELinux to permit Apache to serve the contents of a loopback-mounted ISO image?

By default, the contents of a loopback-mounted ISO has the SELinux security context of system_u:object_r:iso9660_t. This prevents applications like Apache from serving the ISO's contents because the Apache policy expects a security context of system_u:object_r:httpd_sys_content_t.
