"0707driver's buffer pool is empty, IO busied" messages with emulex CNA cards with RHEL7

Issue:
On RHEL7.0 and RHEL7.1, some Emulex cards may produce "driver's buffer pool is empty, IO busied" error messages in the syslogs.
