How do I prevent root from logging in via ssh?

Updated -
  1. Edit the file /etc/ssh/sshd_config

     PermitRootLogin=no

    User's may still login to the system with another account and become root by using su or sudo. A log will be kept in /var/log/secure listing the the username of the user that performed this action.
