How do I get a process thread dump from Linux or UNIX for my MetaMatrix VM?

To get a process thread dump you must start the MetaMatrix VM process using the nohup utility. A VM startup script has been created to make this process easier.
To prepare your MetaMatrix System:
Extract mmprocess_nohup.zip into <mmserver_root>/[jdk...]/bin
