Is RAID supported on nVidia's SATA controllers?

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 includes the device-mapper RAID (dm-raid) facility. This facility allows Linux to utilize RAID sets created by the nVidia RAID controller, among others. Currently only RAID0 and RAID1 devices are supported. RAID5 devices are not.
To use disks in a RAID5 configuration, please use Linux's built in software RAID, md.
