Is RAID supported on nVidia's SATA controllers?

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 includes the device-mapper RAID (dm-raid) facility. This facility allows Linux to utilize RAID sets created by the nVidia RAID controller, among others. Currently only RAID0 and RAID1 devices are supported. RAID5 devices are not.
