How can I display remote applications on my local X server in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5?

By default, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 disallows TCP connections from remote hosts. It prevents applications from running on a remote host and being able to be displayed on the local x server. This behavior has been changed from previous Red Hat Enterprise Linux versions (Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 and 4) in the interest of security.
