Where is the httpd-suexec in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5?

Release found: Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
On Red Hat Linux Enterprise 4.x the httpd-suexec is found as a separate package. With the release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5, the 'suexec' binary is built into the httpd-x.x.x package.
