How do I install a fully virtualized Itanium guest? After creating a fully virtualized guest in virt-manager or through virt-install, I only see an EFI shell.

To install a fully virtualized guest on an Itanium Red Hat Enterprise Linux system, first ensure the xen-ia64-guest-firmware package is installed on the host.
