Both Red Hat and IBM are committed to providing the high level of service that their customers have come to expect. This means Customer Support from both Red Hat and IBM has not changed and no changes are expected for the foreseeable future.

Customers who purchase support from Red Hat, either directly or through a Red Hat business partner, will continue to receive the same support provided by Red Hat today.

Customers who purchase support from IBM, either directly or through an IBM business partner, will continue to receive the same support provided by IBM today.
