Red Hat Customer Portal: What's New on January 14, 2014

We're pleased to announce the following enhancements to our Customer Portal included with our updates published on January 14, 2014. These features, along with numerous bug fixes and minor enhancements, are now available to all users.

Multiple Accounts Can Share an Email Address

Prior to this release, users who shared an email address would receive a "duplicate email" error message when they tried to update their user profiles. This issue has been resolved.

Blogs Are Coming!

This release laid the foundation for a new content type in the Customer Portal: blogs. Red Hatters around the world have a strong web presence, and we're excited that we will soon be able to host their blogs directly in the portal. Keep an eye out for updates!
