Sections of the Red Hat Customer Portal will be offline for scheduled maintenance on Saturday, 23 April (estimated 6 hours). We will continue to deliver and support critical business functions during this outage.

Sites Affected: access.redhat.com, rhn.redhat.com, (satellite, xmlrpc, etc.), redhat.com

During the planned outage window, users will experience a brief service interruption and will not be able to perform any actions requiring authentication, such as downloading software, managing subscriptions, opening support cases online, searching, or viewing Knowledgebase solutions or discussions. Support case updates via email and remote-access support will not be affected by this outage.
