New Telephone Audio Guidance

To better assist you when you call in to Red Hat Support, we are pleased to announce that, as of August 6th 2015, we have a new telephone audio guidance system for all regions except for Japan (For Japanese details please see this link). Please note the audio prompts have changed to simplify navigation through the phone menu. Instead of being prompted by product type, the new menu prompts are categorized by existing cases, new cases and general customer service to get you to the right person to answer your question faster.
