Portal Case Management Outage: March 13, 2015 (RESOLVED)

At 9:49AM ET today (Friday, March 13), we began experiencing errors with our case management system impacting Customer Portal functions. Users might have experienced these errors as 404s when trying to access case information or when trying to file a new case with Red Hat Support via the Customer Portal.

These issues were resolved as of around 1:45PM ET.
